I started at our Burton site in 2021 and I was immediately enrolled for the Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship. I love playing with the children and even run a party princess business at the weekends as I enjoy seeing the delight on childrens faces as they see their hero has turned up to see them.

I have started to take on the responsibility of Key Person under the supervision of my manager to understand and explore the role and how I can become an advocate for the children I support.  I am hoping to complete my Level 3 in the summer of 2022 and progress onto my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship.
