My eldest daughter always strugged with being seperated from me when I dropped her off. The staff were so supportive and worked really hard to ease her fears. Nowadays she can't wait to attend during school holidays. In fact she would rather stay at nursery than go back to school, which is saying a lot as she loves school. My youngest child being the polar opposite is so excited to see her friends and the staff that she barely remembers to say goodbye when I drop her off! 

Pre-covid I used the before and after school club. As a full time working parent I loved the flexibility it gave me to continue working without having to worry about school pick up and drop offs. Both my girls have grown into happy, confident and conscientious children and I have nothing but praise for the staff in helping their development. The child led play has helped them become really independent and very happy to amuse themselves. I have always loved being able to see pictures and updates of what they are doing during the day, it makes me feel as if I'm not missing quite as much while working. 

My children both suffer from food allergies and the staff manage this very well, making sure that the feed they eat is appropriate for their needs. 

The girls have made so many friends during there time in the setting. And I will forever treasure the memory book and photos my eldest received at her "graduation ceremony" before she started school. I can't recommend Our Monkey Club enough. I feel happy in the knowledge that when my children are there they are being well looked after and having a great time.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we were not even allowed in beyond the gates on his first day. Yet the staff & managers were and have always been great. Reassuring us as parents & caring for and nurturing our son from the very start. He has thrived at the setting and has developed in ways we could never have imagined that he would so easily and readily. 

We do give him some credit for his 'can do' attitude, but his individual mentor member of staff (although this has changed with new staff in & some moving on jobs) have all brought this out of him. He loves going to Monkey Club come rain, snow, wind or sun & we always have the confidence he is looked after and nurtured well. 

He now attends for 6 hour periods, with healthy nutritious lunch also provided. This is preparing him well for the transition in 13 months time to move up to Primary School & his reports will paint a very detailed picture of who he is and all aspects of his developmental path, all by the Monkey Club staff investment. 

We are forever indebted to your input in him & he will definitely miss the fun he has and the relationships with staff & children alike that he has developed. We would definitely recommend this Nursery.

He can be really shy and would cry when I left him on a morning but the staff were brilliant and would help soothe him and then let me know when he’d settled. Within no time at all he was so happy to go in and his confidence has blossomed. 

They provide such a fun learning environment and have such a wide range of activities laid out for the children that I feel no day is the same and he has so much fun. His development has been wonderful to see. 

The communication from the nursery is also great and nothing like I’ve experienced before. Photos and posts are uploaded onto the Famly app so we can see what he’s being doing throughout the day. As a parent this is so reassuring and it helps to ease the guilt of having to leave him to go to work when I see he’s having so much fun. 

There’s always someone to talk to at drop off and pick up if needed and the key workers are always on hand if you have any questions. Management are fab too and Michelle was so reassuring during all of the Covid changes. I often see her playing and being hands on with the children which is lovely to see. 

My oldest son also used to attend the holiday club before Covid struck and he loved it. He can’t wait to get back. I really couldn’t recommend OMC more, the staff are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and fun .I can’t thank them enough for looking after my children so well and providing the best care possible.
